5. What format would I need to send you the artwork in?

Vector graph in AI, CDR, PDF etc. file. Please kindly be noted that the resolution rate must be higher than 300dpi and the layer must be editable, it can not be merged.

6. What if I do not have a designer to create the artwork? Can you help me with the design?

7. Can I get samples to review the quality?

Of course. We offer free samples. You would need to pay for the shipping cost, like $30 to the USA. Get your samples now!!!

8. What is the turnaround time for the mass production?

12-15 days(subject to the quantity)

9. What is the delivery time?

1-4 days by international express, 7-10 days by air, and 30 days by the ocean.

10. How can you make sure the final printing meets my requirements?

We will send you an e-digital proof to confirm the printing before the mass production, the proof is created according to your artwork.

11. How can you assure the quality of your products?

Our products pass the test of FDA and we have the certificate, which proves that they are food grade, could be safely used to pack food and beverage etc.

12. How can I pack my products by using your packaging?

We will leave the top or the bottom of the bag/pouch open, you could heat seal it after packing your products.
